Am 12. September sind unsere Erntemaschinen mit vollem Einsatz gestartet um die rund 800 ha Ölkürbisse von über 130 Landwirten aus dem pramoleum-Gebiet zu ernten. Wir zeigen euch ein paar Bilder, um einen Eindruck von den Erntearbeiten zu vermitteln. Am 28. Oktober haben wir erfolgreich das letzte Feld geräumt. Jetzt kann der Winter kommen.
So machen wir das...
Behutsam wurden die Kürbiskerne nach der Ernte am Feld gewaschen und getrocknet. Nach der Reinigung werden die Kürbiskerne im Kühlhaus bei unter 7° C gelagert damit die gut Qualität erhalten bleibt bis wir unser Kürbiskernöl oder andere Kürbiskernschmankerl herstellen. Viel Spaß beim Schauen!
